We ship orders to continental United States addresses free by USPS Ground regardless of order size. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States by UPS Ground transport; Expedited, Hawaii, Alaska and international orders are excluded.
CYANA BOUTIQUE Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm est will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
* International orders are shipped USPS. The shipping rates will be determined by weight and destination. Shipping takes 5-7 business days but can vary depending on the country. You will receive a Customer Service email for shipping charge approval after your order is processed.
Postage and Packing on all US orders is offer by CYANA BOUTIQUE. Shipping on international orders is calculated by weight. Every orders will see an extra charge for the shipping after the product is bought.
International orders can take anywhere from 7 to 15 days depending on where they are being shipped.
* International orders are sent via USPS Global Airmail - Between $10 to $20
USPS Global Airmail does not offer tracking. If you chose this method of shipping, you will not be able to track your package once it leaves our store.
USPS Global Express Airmail $ 40
USPS Global Express Airmail comes with a tracking number. We will send you your tracking number once the package has shipped..
You can choose the option to received your items faster if you choose the UPS method.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an airwaybill number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
